 April 9, 2020

Shires Financial and Realta Solutions has done a lot of research and are now prepared to help individuals and companies apply for relief.

You can reach Jeff Sanders at jmsanders@realta.solutions or myself through my contact form.

Please let us know how we can help you, and point your friends and family members to this website.

1

If you’ve not done so already, make sure your direct deposit information is set up in the IRS. This will make sure you get the $1,200 funds for every adult, etc.
HERE IS THE SITE FOR THAT

2

Complete the form for the “up to $10,000” disaster funds. Whether you are a Sole Proprietor or a company with less than 500 employees, this is what you should complete.

If you next feel you need a loan to cover you payroll you pay to employees that you report through W-2’s etc. (Not 1099’s) then you can pursue the Paycheck Protection Program loan (PPP). I’ve been reading quite a bit on this, but don’t advise pursuing it unless you have;

  • A Business that has been in operation on February 15, 2020, and
  • Are a Small business listed as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, a 501(c)(19) veterans organization, or Tribal business concern described in section 31(b)(2)(C) that has fewer than 500 employees, or the applicable size standard in number of employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) industry as provided by SBA, if higher.

OR IF

  • Your are an Individual who operate a sole proprietorship or as an independent contractor and eligible self-employed individuals.

Small Business Debt Relief Program - these take a bit more time to get rolling as the system is currently flooded I’m finding. It requires more financial data over the past 3-years and there are plenty of supporting documents required for a “7(a), 504 or microloan.
